What service options do you provide for Carpet Cleaning?

We offer two different packages for our carpet cleaning services, both of which come with our full money back guarantee. Please see the details of the packages on offer below;

Full Service

This package is designed for those people who want professionally cleaned carpets but are running to a budget. However, don’t get the idea that this is just a cheap type of brush-off cleaning. No, we only have one standard of cleaning – thorough, professional and exhaustive. If you want the best clean ever you MUST use a carpet cleaner who performs the following processes – or you’re simply wasting your money.

  • HIGH-FILTRATION VACUUM - First we vacuum with a High filtration cleaning system specifically designed for super-high performance professional cleaning.
  • MOVE LARGE FURNISHINGS - We will move larger furnishings – such as chairs and tables – but for insurance reasons we ask you to move smaller valuable items such as ornaments before we arrive.
  • PRE-SPOT DIFFICULT STAINS - We will pre-spot your carpet for all difficult stains. We will carry out specialist stain removal techniques on stains which are of particular concern to you – or that we know will be difficult to remove using non-specialist techniques
  • HEAVY-DUTY PRE-SPRAY - Next we will apply a heavy-duty pre-spray specially designed to electro-mechanically lift oily dirt and pollutants from your carpet fibres and suspend them floating in an aqueous solution ready to be quickly and safely extracted using our state-of-the-art extraction machines.
  • TRUCKMOUNTED HOT WATER EXTRACTION MACHINE - Now for the noisy [but very effective] machine we use to thoroughly clean and rinse your carpets. The Truck mounted high pressure hot water extraction unit we use cleans much better because it heats water to a high temperature and then shoots the cleaning solution into the carpet at high pressure. This helps to break up the dirt, bacteria and pollens in the carpet. The machine then produces a huge vacuum volume to draw the dirt and chemicals out of your carpet. This is the only method of cleaning recommended by the world’s largest carpet manufacturer. Unfortunately (for us!) the machines are very expensive – over £27.000.00 for a fully kitted up unit!
  • RESIDUE RINSE - We use the extraction machine to ensure a residue free rinse that ensures the integrity of your carpet and helps to retard resoiling
  • PROTECTIVE FOIL TABS - Furniture is replaced back onto the carpet with protective foil tabs and Styrofoam blocks under the legs. Why? Well sometimes the moisture left in the carpet will leach out any colour-stain finish from the furniture leaving a (very difficult to remove) stain on the carpet.
  • GROOMING - Where, appropriate we will groom your carpet to leave it in best possible condition. This usually means we run a grooming rake over the carpet to ensure the fibres are tangle-free and ‘fluffy’ as possible.
  • RAPID DRY SYSTEM - We use special carpet drying equipment to help reduce the drying time. So you can use the carpets quicker.

Premium Service

This package is designed for those people who really value their carpets and want to get the best out of their investment, and make them last as long as possible.

You get everything in the Full Service (above) and;
We apply a protector, to protect against permanent staining and help to keep carpets cleaner for longer. The protector we use is PROmite™, which has been awarded the seal of approval from the British Allergy Foundation and is guaranteed to kill around 95% of house dust mites and prevent them from living on the treated item for approximately 12 – 18 months, as well as having the normal protector benefits (ask for our demonstration or a free booklet on PROmite™).

Upholstery Cleaning & Protection

Upholstery comes in various types of fabrics, We offer a free evaluation of your upholstery, Prior to cleaning all furnture will be carefully inspected. We then decide on the most suitable cleaning process accolding to the type of material and degree of soiling every care will also be taken to protect the floor covering and surrounding furnture.

Soft furnishings require a more gentle approach using detergents specially formulated for upholstery fabrics, We have years of experience cleaning all types of upholstery fabrics and are fully trained to safety and efficiently clean all your upholstery

Fabric Protection When we have cleaned your upholstery we can apply fabric protection, this will help furniture to be clean longer and prevent spillages becoming a permanent mark.

Rapid-Dry Finally, we'll use special dryers to rapidly dry your furniture so you use them much quicker than normal.

 

 

 

Curtain Cleaning

We provide in situ curtain cleaning including swags, tails, and pelmets– you don’t even need to take them down! Wheather dry cleaned by machine and/or hand ( depending on the fabric ), you can rest assured they will feel softer, look brighter and dust free.

Oriental & Modern Rug Cleaning

Supreme clean specialise in rug cleaning the products we use are safe and we always check for colour fastness There are many different types of rugs, some are machine made and mass produced, others are rare, antique and very valuable. we will treat them all with the utmost care and attention.It is advisable that you have your rugs cleaned every 18 months but if they are in areas which have heavy use ie entrance halls, corridors or if you have children or pets they may need to be cleaned more frequently.

All rugs are cleaned useing the appropriate system from dry compound to cleaning by hand and hot water extraction.machine cleaning.

Rugs are made in a different way to fitted carpets, and therefore need to be treated differently.  We have the knowledge and expertise to safely clean all  your rugs professionally,

Rug care tips 

  • Leave in the sun once or twice a year with the sun facing the back of the rug to destroy enzymes.
  • Lightly vacuum the back and front of the rug once a week - do not vacuum the fringes.
  • Beat the rug once a year over a washing line to remove dust and dirt.
  • Turn regularly to ensure the wear of the rug is even.
  • Comb or brush out fringes using a broad tooth brush.
  • Use protectors on chiar legs or tables to protect rug.

 

Leather Cleaning & Protecting

We inspect the leather and testing it to to identify the correct cleaner to use. we then skilfully hand clean your leather furniture and attempt all stain removal.

Re nourishing your suite is much more important than the actual cleaning. It is this that maximises the leathers life.

In between major cleans, we would recommend you clean your leather suite once a quarter and treat with a conditioner to help keep your leathersoft and supple.Always use a proper leather cleaner as most households cleaners can cause severe damage and lead to costly repairs.

Ceramic tile and real stone flooring is extremely durable and lasts for decades, but the grout is porous and easily absorbs grease and dirt, as well as building up lime scale. Drink or grease spillages on the floor will cause marks and patches in the joints and grout between floor tiles.
